1st day of Unemployment

So this morning i got up really early to go to Human Resources. Everyone that got laid off had to go and pick up their last check and turn in their uniforms. The lines were huge!!!!!! I totally forgot to bring a jacket so my lovely mother brought me one. I got to see all of my old co workers which was neat. After that 6 of my co-workers and I decided to go to playoffs and have breakfast. It felt like i hadn't seen them forever. So it was nice to catch up. When i got home i got online and filed my unemployment. Im not getting much but thankfully i live with my parents and have no bills so i can't complain. Im so thankful for my parents. What sucked is that just like 2 months ago i was going to buy and 09 Mitsubushi Lancer. That would of sucked!!!!!! Now im just sitting here watching CSI. I hope im not as bored!

Last Day at Work

So Friday was a very emmotional day and busy day. We had to move and pack everything to Casablanca and enter everything into their system. A lot of the spa clients were really sad to see that we were closing. The thing that i will miss the most is my co-workers. You can't help but to be attached. The spa was my second home. I loved going to work. We had a great time. Everyone got along. At the end of work everyone gave each others e-mails and phone numbers to keep in touch. I know we will keep in touch. I hope we will re-open!

Jobless

So many of you know that the Oasis casino has closed down. Myself and 500 other people are jobless. It sucks. I dont know what im going to do. I will file for unemployment but it is going to take forever to find a job!!!!! Im still going to mexico hopefully for about a week. I had already had my days off and everything. The spa is becoming and emotional mess. We cry all the time. The spa was my second home, my friends were there and you cant help but to get attached to the people. It sucks. It quite hasn't sunk in. But friday when we close it will have sunken in to the bottom on my heart. I will be a complete mess. So hopefully they will reopen soon.

My Madre

So i realized that i dont have very many pictures with my mom. My mom means everything to me. She is my rock. She makes me so strong and she would give her life for me and my brother. I dont tell her how much i appreciate her everyday but i do. I love her so much!!!!

Concert

So Saturday November 29, my family had a concert to attend. There was 31 of us that went. We rented a 55 passenger bus. It was a blast. I had so much fun. It was my first time going with them. The concert was Vicente Fernandez with Shaila Durcal. It is a Mexican Concert. It was so much fun! We didn't have good seats but it was all worth it. All of us pretty much sat together. On the ride to the concert everyone was singing and laughing. It was a blast. The concert got over at 12:30. We got home at 4 in the morning. Everyone was so tired.

After the concert we were waiting to get on the bus when my cousin tells me she met Shaila. She is the daughter of the Great Rocio Durcal. Shaila was so nice and so sweet. She let us take so many pictures with her.

Twilight Obsession

So i saw the collection at Barnes and Noble for 80 dollars. I saw at Costco for 46. I had to buy it!!!! It sits on the nightstand.

Thanksgiving Dinner

Thanksgiving dinner was awesome. I wanted to stuff my face with food but i get so full so fast so it doesn't help. But there was like 30 of us that got together. I had a bunch of family come down from Thanksgiving. All the young kids decided to go bowling.
